Sited on an irregular shaped lot in Bushwick, this new mixed-use building will provide thirty rental residential units, the maximum allowed on the site per zoning regulations, over ground floor community facilities. The intentionally small apartments are detailed and crafted with care and most have private balconies. A generous common roof terrace is flanked by a large, shared workspace and gym. Construction will start in Summer 2022.
